Meet Salem, our Citizen of the Week!

She lives like a queen at 75869 Regal Mountain Drive in Westridge, and enjoys her hilltop view very much. Since moving to Millsberry on August 27, 2006, she has become an avid historian and competitive athlete.

Salem has always enjoyed mystery stories and immediately took to studying history. She finds it fascinating how new discoveries change the way we look at the past, and is always first to bring historical relevance to current events being discussed in class. Ancient history is the most mysterious to her, and she enjoys trying to imagine what it was like in the world's first civilizations. Her passion is infectious, and has inspired many other Millsberry Academy students to take an active interest in history.

When not studying hard, Salem practices basketball and rope climbing in the gym. The workout keeps her in shape, and eating healthily keeps her energized! She also credits the heavy metal and classic rock she listens to for her upbeat, go-getter attitude.
