ACADEMY STUDENTS SEE SUCCESS IN ASTRONOMY CHALLENGE

Wednesday, November 24, 2004 — The Millsberry Astronomy Challenge is now well underway, as more than 200 Millsberry Academy students have already received perfect scores! Mr. Astrid, president of the Astronomy Society, would like to congratulate everyone who has passed, and encourages everyone who hasn't to keep on trying!

"Mrs. Fiddle has just informed me that the Millsberry Academy library has just received another shipment of books, which should help more students achieve a perfect score in the Astronomy Challenge," Mr. Astrid said in a recent interview. "I'm so happy that Millsberry's academic community has come together to offer students this enriching experience."

The Millsberry Astronomy Challenge will continue to be offered for approximately two more weeks, or for as long as the prizes last.

Speaking of prizes, the Millsberry Gazette has interviewed several students as they exited the exam area who were proudly wearing their new lab outfits and carrying boxes of Cinnamon Toast Crunch® cereal.

"It's really high-quality," Jeremy Bueton said, showing off his new lab coat. "It's also surprisingly comfortable... plus, Mr. Fort said that we can use it in class while studying chemistry. The goggles are pretty neat, too... maybe I'll wear them next Halloween! I think it's really cool of Cinnamon Toast Crunch to offer such nice prizes. And along with the lab outfit, I even got a box of their cereal. Well, I've gotta go... I can't wait to see the new secret game that they've made available for the Astronomy Challenge winners!"

However, not all students have been quite as lucky as Jeremy.

"Ohh! I can't believe it... I still missed two questions!" Marsha Lenicks said, stomping her foot. "I've already taken the test twice! Oh well... no sense moaning about it now, I guess. Mr. Fort says that I'll pass it next time for sure, since I'm pretty sure which ones I got wrong. I'm going to stop by the library and ask Mrs. Fiddle if they've got any more copies of those astronomy books. They're sure to have those last few answers that I need!"
