- Art students can save one painting at a time.
- You may submit paintings for review as often as you wish.
- There will be no notification of acceptance or rejection when you submit your painting. Visit the student gallery during the voting period to see who's paintings have been selected for display.
- The student gallery exhibition cycle takes two weeks.
- The first week is the submission period. It begins Monday, and ends Sunday. During the submission period, there is no voting. This is when artists may submit paintings for review by museum staff.
- The second week is the voting period. It begins Monday, and ends Sunday. During the voting period no new submissions will be accepted.
- You may vote for one painting each day.
- When the voting period is over, the painting from each neighborhood that has received the most votes will be put on long-term display in its respective neighborhood gallery.
