TEND TO YOUR CROPS AND START YOUR ENGINES!

Where did everyone in Millsberry go? If you've been wondering the same thing, then it's time to jump on the bandwagon with the rest of town and jump on the Go-Good Tour Bus! That's right: Grow Good Farms is going cross-country...and you're invited!
Sound like fun? Wanna sign up? Well, just tend to your crops and you'll get a seat on the Cause Tour Bus (now called "the Go-Good Tour Bus"), no matter where in the country it may be. Plus, you can check the trip's status by going to the farm's Barn, which you can now enter! The bus itself will be going to 10 different cities over the course of 10 weeks—delivering food donations to food banks at every stop. Those food banks will then make sure that the food gets delivered to those who need it most.
Once you join the trip, you'll be able to navigate the bus along the highway. This includes avoiding things that could slow you down and picking up things to power you up. Each city will give you food items that you'll need to drop off at the next destination. And, when you drop off those items, you'll receive a few fun things for Your Stuff—plus Millsbucks, depending on how well you've handled the navigation. And, though you can join the tour at any time, only those who travel to each destination will receive the truly amazing prize, not to mention bragging rights backed up by the collection of 10 postcards!
So how did this idea take off? We thank the chance meeting of Will Wexley, Cause Tour Bus director, and Giovanna Antonia DeLuca, founder of Grow Good Farms. Wexley took a major interest in the farm and was trying to think of ways to both broaden the cause and get others involved. It's no surprise that he ended up simply fusing his two loves: driving his bus and doing good in the world!
Wexley explained, "It just makes sense. We're working with Feeding America, so now we're getting on the road to do just that, all while learning about different cities across the country. In fact, each city will be donating foods that they're known for—with those donations then delivered to the next city's food bank destination."
We asked Wexley if that included treats like cheesecakes from New York, and alligator legs from New Orleans—but he just smiled, noting, "We shall see. Each destination will be a surprise, so you'll have to join the trip to see where we go next. Actually, I'm completely packed and ready to go. I can't wait!"
Back on the farm, Giovanna was amazed by the number of farmers tending to their crops to get access to the trip. "It's very important that we still make our pizzas and that you tend to your main crops because General Mills will keep making donations to Feeding America as long as you keep coming back to the farm! And if you tend to your main crops (tomato, wheat, and your cow), and decide not to immediately hop on the bus, you can still make that week's trip by entering the barn. I hope everyone has a great time learning about new places and getting fun new items. Safe travels to you all!"
