Meet Dina, our citizen of the week!

Dina lives at 10679 Mason Circle in one of the fully renovated and modernized duplexes in Metro Park. She has enjoyed the laid-back feel of her neighborhood since January 12, 2005.

Since moving to Millsberry, Dina has made most of her friends while on the playing field. She's very friendly and never has a hard time finding teammates for a pickup game of football in Peabody Park. Dina's favorite position to play is quarterback, and she loves designing the best plays to lead her team to victory. Dina also enjoys many other sports, and she excels in all of her athletic pursuits, from running to ice hockey.

Academics are just as important as athletics in Dina's life, however. She is very smart and enjoys studying a variety of subjects. Dina's favorite class at Millsberry Academy this semester is science, because she loves learning about animals. On some afternoons, after finishing her homework, Dina heads to The Pet Palace to play with the animals and help out Mr. and Mrs. Ruiz. Dina hopes that the combination of her academic skills and her love of animals will help her pursue her dream of becoming a veterinarian.

Dina's latest passion isn't found on a football field or in a schoolbook, however. Recently, Dina discovered her love of singing, and headed straight down to the Millsberry Recording Studio to record some tracks. Using her favorite pop and country songs as inspiration, Dina laid down some incredible vocal performances, which have earned her many new fans and a spot on the Cinnamon Toast Crunch Top Ten chart!

When she has some time to herself, Dina can usually be found hanging out at her best friend's house, discussing music or practicing their football moves in the backyard. Dina and her friends also enjoy hitting the mall to try on the cutest pink, light blue, and violet tennis shoes and athletic wear they can find. As a way to unwind after a particularly tricky test or a tough football game, Dina likes to relax and take in a movie at the Downtown Entertainment Complex.
