Welcome to Siobhan Hidaka's dojo for Shinbu Ryu karate. You can sit in on a class whenever you want, or you can start your formal training and go for your black belt! Although its roots are in traditional karate, you'll notice that Hidaka Sensei has borrowed ideas from many martial arts: from boxing to Tae Kwon Do. Hidaka Sensei also uses an advanced training dummy as part of her classes. Unlike any other training dummy, this one can hit back! If you'd like to learn more, just talk to Hidaka Sensei.
